Delivery

As a Manufacturer it is not always possible to despatch orders the same day. We will however endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as possible. If for any reason we are not able to process your order in a reasonable time we will notify you accordingly.

We offer the following flat rate per order delivery charge depending on destination:

ALL post codes in ENGLAND, WALES and the following postcodes in SCOTLAND:

DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19 and PH1 to PH3.

All shipments will be tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.

All customs duty and clearance charges in the country of receipt to be paid by the purchaser.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the goods being purchased are in free circulation in the country of receipt and that the items can be legally imported into that country.

When signing for a delivery you have agreed to accept the item and that the item was received in good condition and that the packaging was not damaged. If upon receipt the packaging looks damaged then either do not accept the delivery or get the carrier to record that the packaging was damaged upon receipt.

COLLECTION

Should you wish to avoid paying carriage, please place your order online and select 'Collect From Factory' as the shipping method. We recommend you still pay for your order online in advance as we ONLY accept cash as payment at the factory. We DO NOT have credit card facilities at the factory.

Returns & Refunds

We endeavour to provide you with as much information as possible about our products to enable you select the correct item to suit your requirements. However, for your peace of mind, we will allow the return of any item within 15 days of receipt providing the item has not been used and is returned in its original or suitable packaging.

All we ask is that email us via our contact page advising that you wish to return the items and also advise your orginal order number.

Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value (excluding any carriage charges) to you within 30 days of receipt subject to them being unused and in their original condition. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the costs for returning the goods to us.
